Beautiful new construction lakefront on Lake Catherine. We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy coffee in the mornings. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including ducks, deer, geese, and otters. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and using the dock just steps out the back door. Trout are stocked in the winter months and can be caught near the dam; it is some amazing fishing. Only 5 min. to Garvan Gardens 10 min. to Oaklawn 15 min. to Downtown, and 11 min. to Lake Catherine State Park.

Good to know

The home is beautiful lakefront new construction! 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom. The living room is open concept and feels very spacious and has amazing views of the lake out the large windows. There is a 75inch smart tv in the living room for watching the game or a great family movie! The chef’s kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook any meal. Sets of pot, pans, and skillets along with spices and grilling utensils are all provided. The master bedroom has a king size bed and desk with office chair to get some work done if needed. It also has large windows with fantastic views of the lake! There is a 50inch smart tv in the bedroom. The master bath has a custom walk-in shower and a huge walk-in closet! In the closet we have stocked some towels for drying off after swimming in the lake. There is also a high chair and pack and play provided! The middle bedroom has 2 queen beds with a 43inch smart tv. The third bedroom has a queen bed to itself. It also has a 43inch smart tv. It shares a bathroom with the middle bedroom which has a large tub shower combo! In the garage you will find a pool table, and ping pong table along with multiple yard games and a 70inch smart tv. We have provided two kayaks and there is a canoe that is in the dock so multiple people can enjoy the water at once! We also have a premium air mattress to allow for a couple extra people to stay. There is bedding provided for the air mattress.

Other Details to Note

By booking our property you are agreeing to our rental agreement which is the following. Your use of the lake for swimming is at your own risk. Your use of the boat dock and kayaks or any other items provided in the house is at your own risk. You are responsible for any damages caused to the house by your pets. Limit of two dogs. Must be 25 or older to book. NO Smoking if there is signs of smoking or smell in the house a $500 fee will be added to you stay. NO Parties if a house party is suspected the garland county sheriffs office will be called and you will be removed from the home. A fine of $1000 will be added to your stay. No more than 4 vehicles and they must fit in the driveway. If not in the driveway they can be towed at the expense of the owner. No more than the number of people on your reservation can be at the home.

The neighborhood is close to town yet feels like you have left the busyness of the city. Everyone on the street is very friendly and enjoys having a good time at the lake!

We really enjoyed our stay at Katherine’s Place. This house is so close to the water, you can’t beat the view! The kitchen was well stocked, house was clean, great communication, and overall cozy. Our family loved the kayaks and the game room!

Wonderful home! Lots of space for three families and so many fun things to do ie ping pong, pool table, board games and a canoe! Family loved having a tv in all the bedrooms.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The yard games, pool table, and ping-pong definitely added to our trip. The house was very clean and nice. We enjoyed fishing off of the pier and the beautiful view. Great location.

Loved Lance’s house on the lake. The layout is perfect for a family, and the game room is such an added bonus. Location is very close to downtown and to both lakes for boating and fishing. Lance was a gracious host and always responded quickly. I appreciate his willingness to work with me to find solutions to a couple of issues. You will love the house and love working with Lance.
