We really enjoyed our stay at Katherine’s Place. This house is so close to the water, you can’t beat the view! The kitchen was well stocked, house was clean, great communication, and overall cozy. Our family loved the kayaks and the game room!

This place is THE BEST. We enjoined it a lot. All amazingly amenities and games. Kiddos had lot of fun. Kayaking was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend and would love to book again. Thanks Lance for creating such a beautiful place.

Wonderful home! Lots of space for three families and so many fun things to do ie ping pong, pool table, board games and a canoe! Family loved having a tv in all the bedrooms.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The yard games, pool table, and ping-pong definitely added to our trip. The house was very clean and nice. We enjoyed fishing off of the pier and the beautiful view. Great location.

Loved Lance’s house on the lake. The layout is perfect for a family, and the game room is such an added bonus. Location is very close to downtown and to both lakes for boating and fishing. Lance was a gracious host and always responded quickly. I appreciate his willingness to work with me to find solutions to a couple of issues. You will love the house and love working with Lance. Thank you and hope to visit again soon.

Stayed for 4 nights for a family wedding. So close to Anthony chapel and bathhouse row, and the bride to be happened to be just next door also at Lance’s property so it was convenient. We arrived in the evening and was so excited to be making the place our temporary home. The amenities offered from the kitchen, activities, decor, comfort, aesthetics and layout of everything was very well thought out. The rooms and bathrooms spacious enough to maintain privacy so we were not stepping on each other’s toes to get ready. The bath/shower was great and had good products. The views of the backyard was wow! Though it rained a lot , there was so much to do. The huge TVs in every room was great , patio and garage gave everyone choice on what they want to watch. We played ping pong, checkers, and canoed, etc …there were more games than we had time for lol. We enjoyed the evenings in the patio, watching scary movies, eating popcorn, making smores and just recounting the days events.

this place was amazing! 15-20 mins from anything you'd want to go do but you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. the kitchen had every thing you would need to make any meal for stay in evenings! Loved it and will definately stay again when I am in the area

The house was beautiful and clean. The pictures matched perfectly. Lance was very responsive and helpful. The house is located near downtown Conway, so it was a great little downtown area. The directions to check in and out were very straight forward and clear. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay here again.
